Essential Telecom Consultants, Inc. performs targeted
telecommunications optimization analysis; looking for ways to reduce what
you pay for the service you currently use.
Typically, Optimization Analysis goes hand in hand with
historical Audits but can be done as a stand alone process.
The key elements of an Optimization Study are:
Initial Location and Line Inventory Report: A
report showing network services inventory at a line-level basis for each
location. The report also shows the local and long distance carriers (if
different) associated with each line.
As part of the discovery phase, Essential Telecom
Consultants will execute a process that includes Existing Service Provider
Analysis, Inventory of Existing Assets and Review of Existing
Telecommunications and Data Networks. This is necessary to understand if all
or part of the current system is adequate, needs minor modifications or
needs major changes.
Recommendations: A set of reports documenting
each savings opportunity found upon completion of the analyst’s review and
analysis of your invoices and contracts
