analyzed and compared against the client’s existing telecommunications
infrastructure.
ESSENTIALTELECOM will perform a historical
audit of clients current charges and compare these charges against existing
contract agreements and tariff rates on file with the appropriate regulatory
agency.
When differences are identified, Essential will issue
the appropriate billing disputes and negotiate possible settlements for
clients with their existing carriers.
Essential will provide periodic reports that
demonstrate current activities, recent completions or milestones, current
action items, and overall account status when appropriate.
